中国科协刊群建设动力机制及发展措施探析

【摘要】：【目的】深入了解中国科协刊群现状,为未来刊群建设提供参考。【方法】全面调查中国科协所属204个全国学会办刊情况及刊群建设现状,分析刊群形成的动力机制及面临的问题,并结合现状提出刊群建设的措施。【结果】中国科协办刊规模达到10种及以上的23个全国学会共主办或参与主办期刊564种;现有刊群分为专业学会刊群、网络聚合刊群、出版社或期刊社刊群。中国科协刊群建设受到了期刊体制改革的驱动,是刊群内在发展和期刊自身发展的要求,同时也面临出版管理体制制约、数字技术应用落后、持续发展能力欠缺等问题。【结论】科技期刊可在了解已有刊群建设现状的基础上结合自身特点,选择参与以行政、资本、技术或学科为纽带进行刊群建设的路径。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the current situation of journals of China Association of Science and Technology (CSTA), and to provide reference for the construction of periodicals in the future. [methods] A comprehensive investigation was made on the running and construction of periodicals of 204 national societies affiliated to the Chinese Association of Science and Technology (CSTA). This paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the formation of journal groups and the problems they face, and puts forward some measures for the construction of periodicals groups. [results] there are altogether 564 kinds of journals sponsored or participated in by 23 national societies of China Science and Technology Association, which have run journals on a scale of 10 or more. The existing journals are divided into professional journals group, network journal group, publishing house or periodical group. The periodical group construction of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology is driven by the reform of the periodical system, which is the requirement of the development of the journal group and the development of the periodical itself. At the same time, it is also facing the restriction of the publishing management system and the backward application of digital technology. [conclusion] on the basis of understanding the present situation of periodical group construction, sci-tech periodicals can choose the way to participate in the construction of journal group through administrative, capital, technical or disciplinary ties on the basis of their own characteristics.
