探析高速喷墨印刷对图书出版经营模式创新的推动

【摘要】：图书出版企业要想在行业大环境中继续良性发展,必须在合理控制图书印制成本和确保印品质量的前提下,逐步走向"以需定产",减少图书库存,推动现代出版企业经营模式的创新。高速喷墨印刷设备的出现,填补了图书生产环节超短版印刷和传统印刷起印数量之间的产能空缺,同时也给出版企业解决行业顽疾—"图书库存"问题带来了希望。目前,已经有图书出版企业开始引进高速喷墨数字印刷生产线,那么如何使生产线高效能、低成本地运行?这就需要出版企业认真分析和研究,结合自身的生产特点和经营状况真正走出一条通过数字化印刷实现经营模式创新之路。
[Abstract]:In order to continue to develop well in the industry environment, book publishing enterprises must gradually move towards "demand production", reduce book inventory and promote the innovation of modern publishing enterprise management mode on the premise of reasonable control of books printing costs and ensuring quality of printing products. The emergence of high-speed inkjet printing equipment fills the short edition of the book production link. The lack of production capacity between printing and traditional printing has also brought hope to publishing enterprises to solve the problem of "book inventory". At present, books publishing companies have begun to introduce high speed ink jet digital printing lines. So how to make the production line high efficiency and lower local operation? This requires the publishing enterprise to be serious. Analysis and research, combined with their own production characteristics and operating conditions, really go out of a way to achieve business model innovation through digital printing.
