数字化时代的俄罗斯出版业

【摘要】：俄罗斯出版业历经苏联时期的繁荣和俄罗斯社会转型期的衰落,其发展轨迹一波三折,令人深思。进入21世纪,互联网把俄罗斯纳入全球信息网络,置身数字化时代,俄罗斯出版业面临新的挑战与机遇,发展前景变得更加广阔,具体表现为:出版商实行并购整合,出现集团化趋势,强强合作,提升核心竞争力;政府加大对文化出版业的扶持力度,实施"文化走出去"战略;顺应国际出版业发展趋势,力争多元化立体化的出版格局。
[Abstract]:Russia's publishing industry experienced the prosperity of the Soviet Union and the decline of the Russian social transformation period, and its development path was twists and turns, which made people think deeply. In the 21st century, the Internet has brought Russia into the global information network. In the digital age, the Russian publishing industry is facing new challenges and opportunities, and the prospects for development have become even broader. There appears the trend of collectivization, strong cooperation and promotion of core competitiveness; the government strengthens the support to the cultural publishing industry and implements the strategy of "going out of culture"; conforms to the development trend of the international publishing industry and strives for a diversified and three-dimensional publishing pattern.
