【摘要】：新时期以来的出版界中,湘版图书从全国浩如烟海的图书中脱颖而出、大领风骚,为出版湘军的崛起奠定了坚实的基础。钟叔河作为出版湘军中的佼佼者,无疑是值得研究的。本文以钟叔河的编辑实践为研究对象,认真查阅了有关文章书籍,在掌握较为丰富的资料的基础上,以《走向世界丛书》、曾国藩系列书、周作人系列书为主,以钟叔河所编其他图书为辅,从编辑含量的角度,挖掘了钟叔河在编书过程中所做的具体编辑工作,分析了钟叔河所做的这些传统编辑工作对图书质量和水平的提升,力求对钟叔河的研究有所扩展、推进和深化。本文大体分为绪论、选题的眼光研究、搜集整理资料活动研究、校勘注释活动研究、撰写的编辑应用文研究、结语六个部分。论文的第一个部分交代了论文的研究缘起、研究方法和研究内容,并对现有的研究成果进行了简要梳理、综述。论文主要采用文献资料法和个案研究法对在出版界取得突出成绩的钟叔河的编辑实践工作进行了研究。第二部分则从选题的眼光这一角度来论述钟叔河的编辑实践工作。文章结合钟叔河所编辑的具体作品来展开论述钟叔河在选题方面表现出的高阔的历史眼光和独到的文化眼光。第三部分从搜集整理资料这一角度论述钟叔河的编辑实践工作。这一部分从平时的长期积累和有目的性地访人访书两个方面展开论述钟叔河在搜集整理资料这一编辑环节所做的大量工作。第四部分从校勘注释的角度论述钟叔河的编辑实践。这部分又从版本选择、校勘书稿,为图书做注释两个方面分述钟叔河在校勘、注释这一编辑环节所做的具体细致的工作。第五部分介绍了钟叔河撰写的编辑应用文。编辑应用文是编辑人员的一项基本功,作为编辑人员,能写得一手漂亮的编辑应用文是很重要的。此部分从钟叔河写过的多种编辑应用文中选择三种突出的编辑应用文——叙论、索引、附录和编辑书信,进行重点论述,并评述钟叔河所撰写的编辑应用文对提升图书质量的作用。第六部分为借鉴与启示,这部分先总结评价了钟叔河所取得的成就,钟叔河在编辑领域所取得的成就既是他个人的成就,也是这个时代在编辑领域取得的代表成就之一,再总结了钟叔河的编辑工作实践给当代的编辑带来的借鉴和启示。《走向世界丛书》、曾国藩的书和周作人的书,可谓钟叔河先生在出版界挥毫写下的“三大手笔”。《走向世界丛书》、曾国藩的书、周作人的书,当时,这些书的出版都遭遇了挫折和阻挠,然而经过几十年的淘洗,这些书仍然被高尚的读者翻阅和珍藏,最终证明了钟叔河先生当初在选题时所表现出来的高远深刻的眼光。这些图书的质量至今为各方学者所称赞,显示出钟叔河在编辑图书工作中过硬的校勘质量。钟叔河更是写得一手漂亮的编辑应用文,从图书的各种辅文,到书评、书讯、图书广告等图书宣传文章,再到编辑书信,钟叔河处理起来都是驾轻就熟,游刃有余。作为编辑家,钟叔河并不是只做简单的“剪刀加浆糊”的工作,他所出的书中,都有很高的编辑含量,而不是像今天有些编辑工作者的“无为”态度——“作者书稿几乎径直通过出版社到达读者手中”。从选题到组稿、搜集稿件、编辑加工、校对、写绪论、做笺释,钟叔河在所编图书中所做的工作,凝结着编者的心血,有些我们可以看得见,更多的却是我们看不见的,然而正是编辑的这些隐形工作对提高书稿的质量和水平起到了很大甚至很关键的作用。这些能够提高书稿质量的传统编辑功夫,在当今新的编辑工作环境下,仍有其价值和借鉴意义,不应被我们就此束之高阁。笔者正是从种意义出发,完成了此篇论文。
[Abstract]:Since the new period, the books of Hunan edition have come to the fore from the vast national books, and have laid a solid foundation for the rise of the Hunan army. As a leader of the Hunan army, the Zhong Shu River is undoubtedly worth studying.
This paper, taking the editing practice of Zhong Shu River as the research object, carefully consulted the relevant articles and books, on the basis of more abundant information, took "to the world series", Zeng Guofan series books, Zhou Zuoren series books as the main, supplemented by the other books compiled by Zhong Shu He, and excavated Zhong Shuhe in the process of editing the book from the angle of editorial content. The specific editing work has been made to analyze the improvement of the quality and level of books by Zhong Shuhe's traditional editing work, and strive to expand, promote and deepen the research of Zhong Shuhe.
This article is mainly divided into the introduction, the research of the topic, the research of collation and collation, the research of the collation annotation, the research of the editorial application and the conclusion of the six parts. The first part of the thesis has explained the origin of the research, the method and the content of the research, and briefly combed the existing research results and summarized the thesis. This paper mainly studies the editing practice of Zhong Shu He, which has made outstanding achievements in the publishing world by means of literature and case study. The second part discusses the editing practice of Zhong Shu River from the point of view of the selected topic. The third part discusses the editing practice of Zhong Shu River from the point of view of collecting and sorting out the material. This part discusses the large amount of work done by the Zhong Shu River in collecting and arranging the material from the two aspects of the long-term accumulation and the purposeful visit to the book of visitors. The fourth part discusses the editing practice of Zhong Shu He from the angle of collation annotation. This part also describes the detailed and detailed work done by Zhong Shu He in collating and annotating the editorial link from two aspects of edition selection, collation manuscript and annotation for books. The fifth part introduces the editing application written by Zhong Shuhe. The editing application is the editor. One of the basic skills of a person, as an editor, is very important to write a beautiful editing application. This part selects three outstanding editing applications written by Zhong Shu River, narration, index, appendix and editorial letters, and comments on the editing application written by Zhong Shu River. The sixth part is the reference and enlightenment. This part summarizes the achievements made by Zhong Shu He, and the achievements made by Zhong Shu He in the editing field are both his personal achievements and one of the representative achievements in the editing field, and then summarize the editing work of Zhong Shu River to the contemporary era. The reference and Enlightenment brought about by the edits.

As an editor, Zhong Shuhe does not do a simple "scissors and paste" work, and all of his books have high editorial content, rather than the "Inaction" attitude of some editors today - "the author's manuscript is almost straight through the press to the reader's hands". Working, proofreading, writing introduction, making notes, Zhong Shuhe's work in the books, congealing the editor's blood, some of which we can see, and more of which we can't see, but it is the editors' invisible work that has played a great or even key role in improving the quality and level of the manuscript. These can improve the manuscript. The traditional editing work of quality still has its value and reference in the new editing work environment, and it should not be put on the shelf by us.
