【摘要】：正本书是余秋雨系统阐释人生修行的归结性著作。他把修行分为"破惑""问道""安顿"三大环节,并由此构成本书的三个部分。"破惑"部分仔细分析了人人都会遇到的"灾之惑""位之惑"等引诱和危险。作者逐一回顾自己在破除这每一个"惑"而达到"不惑"的过程中,如何使艰难的修行变得切实可行。"问道"部分,作者从佛、道、儒和魏晋思想家的多重智慧中筛选
[Abstract]:This book is a summary of Yu Qiuyu's systematic interpretation of life practice. He divided his practice into three main parts of the book, broken down, confused, and asked, "settle down" and form the three parts of the book. The part analyzes the temptation and danger that everyone will encounter. The author reviews, one by one, how he made difficult practice practical in the process of overcoming each of these puzzles and achieving "no doubt." In part, the author sifts from the wisdom of the thinkers of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, and the Wei and Jin dynasties.
