中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设研究

【摘要】:信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势,也是中国产业结构升级和实现工业化、现代化的关键环节。大力推进国民经济和社会信息化,是覆盖现代化建设全局的战略举措并已被确立为中国重要的国家发展战略。 中国国有图书发行企业肩负着宣传马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想,弘扬先进文化的伟大历史使命。在经济全球化和社会信息化的今天,中国国有图书发行企业不但面临市场需求多样化和竞争主体多元化的考验,而且还要面对数字出版、电子商务带来的巨大冲击,信息化已成为推进企业发展,提高企业竞争力的必然选择。信息技术已开始运用于图书发行企业流程再造、经营管理和产业结构调整,开始从战术层次应用向战略层次应用、从局部应用向全局和全面应用发展。未来十年是中国图书发行业面临大调整、大变革的十年,这种调整和变革的根本原因是信息技术在图书发行领域的应用。为此,中国国有图书发行企业加大了对信息系统建设、电子商务和数字出版领域的研究和探索。研究信息技术对中国国有图书发行企业的影响,寻找图书发行界在信息化建设中应采取的措施和对策,是本论文研究的目的。 本论文在界定图书发行企业信息化概念、内容的基础上,分析信息技术对图书发行业的影响,总结中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设发展历史和现状,并从电子商务、数字出版、保障体系等方面进一步研究中国国有图书发行企业信息化发展方向,希望在中国图书发行业信息化建设与发展的研究上有所突破。 在论文中,作者尝试建立中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设模型。作者认为:国有图书发行企业信息化建设是一个复杂的系统工程,要加快中国图书发行产业的发展,需要从宏观和微观(企业)两个层面推进信息化建设。宏观层面,需要优化行业管理体系,加强有关法律建设,加大对新型图书发行模式的政策扶持,打造大型图书发行企业集团和加快出版发行行业标准化建设。微观(企业)层面,需要构建适应信息化建设的企业文化;制定和执行企业信息技术标准;在流程再造基础上建立ERP(企业资源计划)、CRM(客户关系管理)等信息系统;全面开展电子商务并迅速介入数字出版物发行。 本论文以湖南新华发行集团为典型案例,剖析中国国有图书发行企业在信息化建设方面的工作,介绍他们在ERP系统建设、电子商务平台建设和数字出版物发行系统建设方面的规划及设想,希望能为中国国有图书发行企业的信息化建设提供借鉴和参考。 论文内容结构如下: 第1章:引言。阐述中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设研究目的和背景,归纳国内外相关研究成果,在此基础上提出本论文的研究内容。 第2章:中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设情况。在对图书发行企业信息化相关概念、内涵进行界定的基础上,厘清中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设应包涵的内容,提出国有图书发行企业信息化建设模型,分析信息技术对图书发行业的影响,总结我国国有图书发行企业信息化建设历史与现状。 第3章:电子商务在中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设中的应用。在这一章中,首先介绍了电子商务定义、内涵和表现形式;然后分析国有图书发行企业实施电子商务背景和必要性,介绍图书发行企业电子商务需求;最后就中国国有图书发行企业实施电子商务的原则、方案和风险防范措施提出了自己的看法。 第4章:数字出版对国有图书发行企业信息化的影响与对策。作者在厘清数字出版定义、类型和发展现状基础上,总结了数字出版快速发展原因,研究了国有图书发行企业信息化与数字出版之间的关系,分析了国有图书发行企业开展数字出版物营销的可行性和策略。 第5章:中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设保障体系。在这一章,就掣肘中国国有图书发行企业信息化建设的有关问题进行研究和剖析,提出中国国有图书发行企业为了有效推进信息化建设必须进行流程再造,加强企业文化建设,做好IT规划,重视行业技术标准的制定与实施。同时提出,良好的信息化宏观外部环境和内部信息化管理机制也是中国国有图书发行企业信息化健康发展的基础。 第6章:研究结论及局限。在这一章中,提出了国有图书发行企业信息化建设是一个系统工程,需要从宏观和微观两个方面进行推进,同时对本研究存在的局限进行了说明。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the major trend of economic and social development in the world today. It is also the key link of upgrading and realizing industrialization and modernization of China's industrial structure. Vigorously promoting national economy and social information is a strategic measure to cover the overall situation of modernization and has been established as the national development strategy of China.
The state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China shoulder the great historical mission of propagandizing Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "Three Represents", and carrying forward the great historical mission of advanced culture. In today's economic globalization and social informatization, China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises not only face the diversification of market demand and diversification of competition subjects. It is also an inevitable choice to promote the development of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Information technology has begun to be used in the process reengineering, management and industrial structure adjustment of the book distribution enterprises, and began to apply from the tactical level to the strategic level, from the part of the application to the strategic level. In the next ten years, the basic reason for the adjustment and change is the application of information technology in the field of book issuance. For this reason, China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises have increased the research on the field of information system construction, electronic commerce and digital publishing. It is the purpose of this paper to study and explore the influence of information technology on the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China and to find the measures and countermeasures that the book distribution circle should take in the construction of information technology.
On the basis of defining the concept and content of the information technology, this paper analyzes the influence of information technology on the publishing industry of books, summarizes the history and current situation of the information construction and development of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China, and further studies the informatization of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises from the aspects of electronic commerce, digital publishing and security system. We hope to make breakthroughs in the research of information construction and development in China's book industry.
In this paper, the author tries to establish the information construction model of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprise. The author thinks that the information construction of the state-owned Book issuing enterprise is a complex system project. To accelerate the development of the Chinese book publishing industry, it is necessary to promote the information construction from two aspects of macro and micro (enterprise). We should strengthen the management system of the industry, strengthen the relevant legal construction, strengthen the policy support to the new book issuing mode, build the large book distribution enterprise group and accelerate the standardization construction of the publishing and publishing industry. On the basis of reengineering, we established ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other information systems, and launched e-commerce in an all-round way and quickly involved in the issue of digital publications.
This paper, taking the Hunan Xinhua Publishing Group as a typical case, analyzes the work of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises in the construction of information technology, and introduces their plans and ideas on the construction of ERP system, the construction of electronic commerce platform and the construction of digital publication distribution system. It is hoped that it can be used for the information construction of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China. Provide reference and reference.

The first chapter: introduction. It expounds the purpose and background of the research on the information construction of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China, and sums up the relevant research results at home and abroad. On this basis, it puts forward the research content of this paper.

The third chapter: the application of e-commerce in the information construction of China's state-owned Book issuing enterprises. In this chapter, it first introduces the definition, connotation and manifestation of e-commerce, and then analyzes the background and necessity of the implementation of electronic commerce in the state-owned Book issuing enterprises, and introduces the needs of the e-business of the book issuing enterprises; finally, the state chart of China is made. The book publishers put forward their own views on the principles, schemes and risk prevention measures for implementing e-commerce.
The fourth chapter: the influence and Countermeasure of digital publishing to the informatization of state-owned Book issuing enterprises. On the basis of clarifying the definition, type and development status of digital publishing, the author summarizes the reasons for the rapid development of digital publishing, studies the relationship between the information and digital publishing of the state-owned Book issuing Enterprises, and analyses the number of state-owned Book issuing enterprises. The feasibility and strategy of the marketing of the character publications.
The fifth chapter: the information construction guarantee system of the state-owned Book issuing enterprises in China. In this chapter, the problems related to the information construction of the Chinese state-owned Book issuing enterprises are studied and analyzed. In order to effectively promote the construction of the information construction, the Chinese state-owned Book issuing enterprises must carry out the process reengineering, strengthen the construction of the enterprise culture, and do a good job of IT Planning, attach importance to the formulation and implementation of industry technical standards. At the same time, it is suggested that good information macro external environment and internal information management mechanism are also the basis of the healthy development of information technology of Chinese state-owned Book issuing enterprises.
The sixth chapter: the conclusions and limitations of the study. In this chapter, it is proposed that the information construction of state-owned Book issuing enterprises is a systematic project, which needs to be promoted from two aspects of macro and micro aspects, and the limitations of this research are also explained.
