晚清民国时期商务印书馆编审制度的变迁述论

【摘要】：晚清民国时期,商务印书馆的编审制度经历了由"编著一体"向"编著分离"的变迁过程。编审制度变迁之目的在于规范编辑职业,增强其存在的合理性,同时通过制度变迁提高企业绩效。
[Abstract]:In the period of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the editorial system of the Commercial Press underwent a process of transition from "editorial integration" to "editorial separation". The purpose of the editorial system change is to standardize the editing profession, enhance the rationality of its existence, and at the same time, improve the enterprise performance through the institutional change.
