我国出版业供给侧改革情境与对策研究

【摘要】：创新驱动发展向前沿行、融合跨界扩张朝周边拓、开放竞争追赶趋大国势和体制机制改革往纵深走,是我国出版业供给侧改革的四个主要情境。与此因应,提出了四项对策:强化以"出版人"为基础的结构化要素整合调整,优化以"内容为王"为根本的创新化内涵提质增效,深化以"互联网+"为支持的系统化平台渠道开发,畅化以"循环链"为保障的全程化制度机制运行。
[Abstract]:Innovation drives development forward, combines cross-border expansion with peripheral development, opens competition to catch up with the great power and deepens the reform of system and mechanism, which are the four main situations of China's publishing industry's supply-side reform. To enhance the quality and efficiency of the fundamental innovation, deepen the development of the systematic platform channel supported by the "Internet +", and open up the whole system mechanism with the "circulation chain" as the guarantee.
