高校出版社:从“使用人才”到“经营人才”

【摘要】：正留住人才,吸引人才,培养人才,激发人才的潜能应是出版社人力资源管理的重中之重,是出版社可持续发展的关键。但是转企改制以后,高校出版社人才的流动性也随之加大。现代管理学认为:人力资源管理的主要功能在于吸引、保留、激励以及开发企业所能获得的人力资源,从而为企业的战略和整体经营目标的实现提供强大的人力资源保障和支持。留住人才,吸引人才,培养人才,激发人才的潜能应是出版社人力资源管理的重中之重,是出版社可持续发展的关键。然而有市场就有竞争,有竞争就有流动。转企改制以后,
[Abstract]:Keeping talents, attracting talents, cultivating talents and stimulating the potential of talents should be the most important part of the human resource management of publishing houses and the key to the sustainable development of publishing houses. But after the transformation enterprise system, the university publishing house talent mobility also increases along with it. Modern management believes that the main functions of human resource management are to attract, retain, motivate and develop the human resources that enterprises can obtain. Thus provides the strong human resource safeguard and the support for the enterprise strategy and the overall management goal realization. Keeping talents, attracting talents, cultivating talents and stimulating the potential of talents should be the most important part of the human resource management of publishing houses and the key to the sustainable development of publishing houses.
