文献表中用西文和汉语拼音字母书写的人名中的姓应用全大写字母

【摘要】：正在GB/T 7714—2005《文后参考文献著录规则》中,对于用西文和汉语拼音字母书写的人名中的姓采用什么字母,并没有做出要求性的规定,仅在示例中全部采用了大写字母,表示在著录实践中姓的全部字母都大写和仅首字母大写均可。
[Abstract]:In GB/T 7714-2005, there is no requirement for the use of letters in names written in both Western and Chinese phonetic alphabets. Only in the examples are all capitalized letters indicating that in practice all the letters of the surnames are capitalized and only the first letters are capitalized.
