国家出版基金项目全程管理初探

【摘要】：国家出版基金是出版社在传统出版项目可以获得的最高级别的中央财政资金,对出版社策划出版"立得住、留得下、传得远"的社会效益显著的精品出版物起着重要的支撑作用。本文结合中国水利水电出版社在国家出版基金项目全程管理上的做法和经验,介绍了在国家出版基金项目全程管理方面的一点探索与实践。
[Abstract]:The State Publishing Fund is the highest level of central financial funds that publishers can obtain in traditional publishing projects. The excellent publications with outstanding social benefits play an important supporting role. Based on the practice and experience of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Publishing House in the whole course management of the national publishing fund project, this paper introduces the exploration and practice in the whole course management of the national publishing fund project.
