【摘要】：《军事医学科学院院刊》于2011年第一期起更名为《军事医学》,由面向单一科研机构的专业学术期刊拓展为面向整个军事医学学科领域。更名后的《军事医学》相对于原来的期刊有了新的办刊目标,新的学科领域,对期刊质量有了更高的要求。为适应新的变化与需求,借助期刊更名的契机切实将刊物的学术质量提高到一个新的水平,本文在充分地研究《军事医学科学院院刊》更名为《军事医学》后期刊发展所面临的实际问题的同时,采用文献计量学方法分析Military Medicine的载文和引文特点,研究我国军事医学的研究和发展现状,将它刊的成功经验与我国的实际情况相结合,为成功办好《军事医学》提供借鉴和启示。全文包括5个部分: 第一部分重点阐述了引证网络的原理与应用,科学知识图谱的原理与应用及CitespaceⅡ软件简介。引证网络最初是由Derek J . de Solla Price在1965年提出的,其应用实例是Eigenfactor的应用。科学知识图谱是现代化的科学计量分析方法,其主要方法有引文分析法、共被引分析法、多元统计分析法等,CitespaceⅡ软件是由美国Drexl大学的陈超美博士开发的一款第二代信息可视化分析工具,可供免费使用。第二部分研究确定了Military Medicine的相关期刊群。通过分析Military Medicine的引证网络,用知识图谱方法和CitespaceⅡ软件分析得出Military Medicine的来源期刊、施引期刊和同被引期刊,分别选取各类位于前十位的期刊共30种。30种期刊中有2种重复出现3次,9种重复出现2次,除去重复后,得出《美国公共卫生杂志》、《美国医学会杂志》、《新英格兰医学杂志》、《柳叶刀》、《外伤杂志:创伤、感染和危症护理》等19种Military Medicine相关期刊。第三部分重点分析了Military Medicine的相关期刊。将Military Medicine的引证网络代替Military Medicine作为分析单位,分析了关键词、关键被引文章、研究机构、关键作者等。结果显示,Military Medicine引证网络中的主要关键词有流行病学、健康、外伤、阿富汗、危险因子、死亡率等;关键被引文章有“从伊拉克撤离后的美军士兵的轻微脑外伤”、“不同军事行动中疾病和非战斗损伤发生概率的比较”等;关键作者有Hoge CW、Gray GC、Kessler RC等;主要研究机构有美军医科大学、美国海军、德克萨斯大学等。对Military Medicine相关期刊中的《外伤杂志:创伤、感染和危症护理》、《美国公共卫生杂志》等5种代表性期刊进行分析,结果发现Military Medicine引证网络与美军军事医学联系紧密。第四部分重点研究了我国军事医学的现状。研究并编辑了在CNKI中检索军事医学类论文的检索式,选取2000~2009年我国军事医学类论文,分别对我国军事医学的高被引作者、高被引关键词、高产作者、高产机构、高频关键词进行分析。得出我国军事医学以军队医院及管理、航天医学、军事训练伤、卫勤保障、流行病学、心理健康等研究为重点;主要研究机构有第二军医大学、第三军医大学、第四军医大学、军事医学科学院、解放军总医院等,每个单位均有各自的优势学科;高产作者有徐先荣、张鹭鹭、程天民、王德文、孙庆喜等,且高产作者的研究领域与我国军事医学的重点研究领域相吻合。通过分析还发现我国军事医学研究的前沿领域主要有军事应激医学、军事再生医学、军事认知神经科学和救援医学等。第五部分在总结前四部分研究结果的基础上,得到Military Medicine对《军事医学》的办刊启示:第一,所发表文章要有相对稳定的研究领域,并在时间上长期跟踪和关注该领域的发展状况及发展趋势;第二,要紧紧围绕“军事医学”这一核心,把握军事医学的研究进展和动态;第三,《军事医学》要将军事行动所带来的对军事医学的变革和影响作为重点;第四,注重资源整合和研究单位的多元化。分析了我国军事医学期刊生存和发展的困难。结合我国军事医学研究的实际情况,提出办好《军事医学》的对策思考:第一,重点把握我国军事医学研究领域并与军事医学科学院的实际情况相结合,循序渐进完成《军事医学科学院院刊》向《军事医学》的转变;第二,加强资源共享及与其他军事医学研究机构的合作,邀请军事医学大家在《军事医学》发表文章;第三,密切关注我国各类军事行动对军事医学带来的影响以及由此产生的新的研究领域;第四,注重新军事变革对军事医学提出的新要求。
