图书门店进销存研究与分析

【摘要】:图书买方市场的形成,在为零售书店带来机会的同时,也让它面对更激烈的市场竞争,面临经营风险。为了防范和减少风险,零售书店在经济利益的驱动下,在购销活动中追求小库存或者零库存,以避免因进货不当造成的商品滞销、积压及资金挤占带来的风险。本文结合自身多年门店图书发行的经验,通过对新华书店北塘门店2011年度图书商品进销存研究与分析,预测门店在未来销售期图书商品的流转程度与盈利能力。研究目的是为了充分了解门店图书市场,了解消费者需求,从而明确进货控制的指标,及时调整和控制进货,有目的地进行销售,有效降低库存成本,提高图书市场竞争力。本文采用定性和定量结合的方法,收集门店经营真实数据,运用需求分析、商品购进分析、库存分析等,采用比较法、类推法、图解法、公式法、平均值法来阐述和分析图书商品流转中进、销、存、调、退等各环节。 本文首先阐明了对门店进行图书商品流转的目的和意义,对新华书店及门店做了较为详细的综述。进而分析门店图书市场需求,并对相关品种进行短期需求预测,并从消费者角度出发,对图书消费者需求作详细研究,力求把握消费者动态,为销售提供依据。其次进行图书商品的购进分析,分析购进图书的品种、数量情况,预测购进总量,达到商品购进的适销对路和进销基本平衡。随后通过研究图书商品的销售计划完成、结构变化以及图书市场的趋势等各种因素,为门店库存控制作铺垫。最后是对门店存书研究,运用订货模型,对库存图书结构的合理性做出判断,,找出影响图书商品流转的原因及调整措施,实现图书商品的合理储存。
[Abstract]:The formation of book buyer market not only brings opportunities for retail bookstores, but also makes it face more fierce market competition and management risk. In order to prevent and reduce risks, retail bookstores pursue small inventory or zero inventory in purchasing and selling activities driven by economic benefits, in order to avoid the risk of unsalable goods caused by improper purchase, overstocking and overrun of funds. Based on the experience of books distribution in stores for many years, this paper forecasts the circulation degree and profitability of stores in the future through the research and analysis of the book merchandise purchase and storage in Beitang store of Xinhua Bookstore in 2011. The purpose of the study is to fully understand the store book market and the consumer demand, so as to make clear the index of purchasing control, adjust and control the purchase in time, sell the goods purposefully, effectively reduce the inventory cost and improve the competitiveness of the book market. This paper adopts qualitative and quantitative methods to collect real data of store management, using demand analysis, commodity purchase analysis, inventory analysis, etc., and adopts comparative method, analogy method, graphic method, formula method, etc. Average value method to explain and analyze the circulation of books, sales, storage, adjustment, retreat and other links. This paper first expounds the purpose and significance of the circulation of books and commodities in stores, and makes a detailed summary of Xinhua Bookstore and its stores. Then it analyzes the demand of store book market, forecasts the short-term demand of related varieties, and makes a detailed study on the book consumer demand from the perspective of consumers, in order to grasp the consumer dynamics and provide the basis for sales. Secondly, it analyzes the purchase and purchase of books, analyzes the variety and quantity of books purchased, forecasts the total amount of purchases, and achieves the marketable road and the basic balance of purchase and sale of commodities. Then, through the study of the sales plan of books and commodities, the change of structure and the trend of book market, this paper lays the groundwork for store inventory control. In the end, the author makes a judgment on the rationality of the structure of books in stock by using the order model, finds out the reasons and adjustment measures that affect the circulation of books and commodities, and realizes the rational storage of books and commodities.
