浅谈教材编辑的专业素养及培养策略

【摘要】:教材编辑的工作需要同时兼顾教学、科研和编辑出版本职工作三个方面,具有一定的复合性,这决定了教材编辑应具备多方面专业素养。经过讨论研究认为,深入教学实践、召开教材交流会、参与课题研究、参加学术会议和业务培训、擅用业务通报等是提升教材编辑专业素养的直接且有效的途径。
[Abstract]:The work of textbook editing needs to take into account the teaching, scientific research and editing and publishing of the three aspects of the work, with a certain complexity, which determines that the textbook editor should have a variety of professional literacy. Through discussion and research, it is considered that the direct and effective way to improve the professional literacy of textbook editors is to go deep into teaching practice, to hold teaching material exchange meetings, to participate in subject research, to take part in academic conferences and professional training, and to be good at using business circulars.
