民国时期上海民营出版机构的生存发展研究

【摘要】:本研究以民国时期上海民营出版机构的生存发展为研究课题,在广泛展开文献调研的基础上,运用出版生态学和管理学的相关理论对民国时期上海民营出版机构的生存与发展作深入系统的研究,包括对其进行定量与定性考察。通过对民国时期上海民营出版机构兴起的外生态、内生态、生态位等方面的研究,清晰地揭示了民国时期上海民营出版机构崛起的动力因素和发展轨迹。在依据详实的史料基础上,对民国时期上海许多出版机构的始末时间、经营地点、负责人及其沿革情况作了汇总与考订。最后,总结出了民国时期上海民营出版机构发展的经验和教训,并提出相应的建议,以期为当前民营出版业的发展提供借鉴。 正文部分共有五章,第一章为出版生态学的基本概念,首先介绍“生态”、“出版生态”的概念,然后对出版生态位规律进行解读。这一章是本论文研究的理论基础,其余各章节都是围绕“出版生态”这个核心来展开的。 第二章,民国时期上海民营出版机构兴起的外生态研究。一是晚清时期上海出版业的发展状况;二是分析民营出版机构发展所处的外部环境。 第三章,民国时期上海民营出版机构的内生态研究。首先回顾近现代出版机构的研究情况,然后从民营出版机构的多元化、资本组织形式的多样化、产业经营的立体化三个方面对其进行总体分析,最后从选题策划竞争、编辑印刷质量竞争、营销宣传竞争三个方面论述出版机构的运作和竞争环境。 第四章,民国时期上海民营出版机构的生态位分析。从民国上海经济发展数据、民营出版机构发展数据两个方面来比较分析,论述了当时全国出版业发展的整体概况,指出民营出版业在全国出版业中的位置,并证明民营出版业成为国民经济的重要门类这一事实。 第五章,以商务、中华为代表的民营出版机构的崛起。从其之所以能够在众多出版机构中崛起的原因入手,阐述其生存发展的策略和出版特色。 最后结语,从经营管理方面、历史层面、生存意识方面等内容进行总结,指出其对当前出版业发展的重要意义。
[Abstract]:This study takes the survival and development of private publishing institutions in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China as the research topic, on the basis of extensive literature research. Based on the theories of publishing ecology and management, the survival and development of private publishing institutions in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China are studied systematically, including quantitative and qualitative investigation. Through the study of the external ecology, internal ecology and ecological niche of the rise of private publishing institutions in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China, this paper clearly reveals the dynamic factors and development track of the rise of private publishing institutions in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China. On the basis of detailed historical data, this paper summarizes the time, business location, responsible person and its evolution of many publishing institutions in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China. Finally, this paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of the development of private publishing institutions in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China, and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to provide reference for the development of the private publishing industry at present. There are five chapters in the text. The first chapter is the basic concept of publishing ecology. Firstly, the concepts of "ecology" and "publishing ecology" are introduced, and then the laws of publishing niche are interpreted. This chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper, and the other chapters are centered around the core of Publishing Ecology. Chapter II, the rise of private publishing institutions in Shanghai during the Republic of China outside the ecological study. One is the development of Shanghai publishing industry in the late Qing Dynasty, the other is the analysis of the external environment in which the private publishing institutions are developing. The third chapter, the study of the internal ecology of the private publishing institutions in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China. First of all, it reviews the research situation of modern publishing institutions, then analyzes it from three aspects: the diversification of private publishing institutions, the diversification of capital organization forms, the three-dimensional management of industry, and finally, from the point of view of topics, planning and competition, This paper discusses the operation and competitive environment of publishing institutions from three aspects: competition of editing and printing quality and competition of marketing propaganda. Chapter four, the niche analysis of private publishing institutions in Shanghai during the Republic of China. This paper compares and analyzes the economic development data of Shanghai and the development data of private publishing institutions in the Republic of China, discusses the overall situation of the development of the national publishing industry at that time, and points out the position of the private publishing industry in the national publishing industry. And prove the fact that the private publishing industry has become an important category of the national economy. Chapter five, the rise of private publishing institutions represented by business and China. Starting from the reason why it can rise in many publishing institutions, this paper expounds its survival and development strategy and publishing characteristics. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the aspects of management, history and survival consciousness, and points out its significance to the development of current publishing industry.
