论编辑的文化素养

【摘要】：随着社会大众对传播质量的需求层次提升,编辑职业也开始逐渐迈上专业化的道路,编辑工作的文化内涵也成为一个无法回避的问题。在今天做编辑,不仅要掌握一定的方法和技术,还需要具有良好的文化素养。编辑工作的特性决定了编辑个人的文化素养主要包括三个方面:一是文字与文章的素养,二是知识与思维的素养,三是责任与使命的素养。一个编辑只有拥有了良好的文化素养,才能够在较高的层次上完成工作任务,进而成为一个有效编辑。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the mass demand for the quality of communication, the editorial profession has gradually taken the path of specialization, and the cultural connotation of editorial work has become an unavoidable problem. In today's editing, we should not only master certain methods and techniques, but also have good cultural literacy. The characteristics of editing work determine the editorial personal cultural literacy mainly includes three aspects: first, the literacy of the text and the article, the second is the literacy of knowledge and thinking, the third is the accomplishment of responsibility and mission. Only when an editor has good cultural literacy, can he complete his task at a higher level and become an effective editor.
