基于战略匹配的中小企业电子商务转型路径研究——以X书业有限公司为例

【摘要】:电子商务转型过程实质也是IT-业务战略匹配的过程。因此,制度、战略不够健全的中小企业如何处理好IT和企业其他要素的交互作用,成功实现IT与业务的战略匹配,进而找出适合企业自身情况的电子商务转型路径,是当前中小企业提高其核心竟争力的关键。本文采用案例分析方法,在讨论和分析X书业有限会司电子商务发展历程的基础上,利用IT-业务战略匹配理论探究了X书业电子商务转型路径选择,并总结出中小企业应如何成功实现电子商务转型。验证了IT-业务匹配理论在中小企业电子商务转型中的适用性,并扩展战略匹配模型的应用范围,为当前中小企业找出了适合自身发展的电子商务转型路径,期望对正处于困境中的中小企业有所帮助。
[Abstract]:The process of e-commerce transformation is also the process of IT- business strategy matching. Therefore, how to deal with the interaction between IT and other elements of the enterprise, how to realize the strategic matching between IT and business successfully, and then find out the transition path of e-commerce that is suitable for the enterprise's own situation? Is the current small and medium-sized enterprise enhances its core competitive power the key. On the basis of discussing and analyzing the development course of E-commerce in X Book Industry Co., Ltd., this paper uses the method of case analysis to explore the choice of transition path of E-commerce in X Book Industry by using IT- business strategy matching theory. And summarizes the small and medium-sized enterprises should realize the e-commerce transformation successfully. This paper verifies the applicability of IT- business matching theory in the E-commerce transformation of SMEs, and extends the application range of the strategic matching model to find out the suitable e-commerce transition path for the current SMEs. Hope to be in a difficult situation of small and medium-sized enterprises to help.
