正确著录外文文献中的中国著者汉语拼音姓名

【摘要】：正在外文科技期刊尤其是欧美国家出版的期刊上,中国著者汉语拼音姓名的书写几乎都是错误的:按欧美人的"名前姓后"的规则书写,例如将"赵大良"写成"Daliang Zhao",有的还把名字缩写,写成"D L Zhao",更有甚者写成"D Zhao"。如果说欧美人不了解中国人的姓名书写规则,搞署名"霸权主义"情有可原,那么我国办的期刊为"跟国际接轨"而忘记自己是谁,也把姓名写成"名前姓后"就太不应该了,说重一点这也是甘
[Abstract]:In foreign science and technology journals, especially those published in Europe and the United States, the Chinese authors' Chinese phonetic names are almost always miswritten: according to the rules of "after the first name" of the people of Europe and the United States, for example, "Zhao Daliang" is written as "Daliang Zhao." Some acronyms, D L Zhao, and even D Zhao. If people in Europe and the United States do not understand the rules governing the writing of Chinese names and have signed "hegemonism," then the journals run by our country should forget who they are and write their names as "after their first surname" in order to "keep pace with the international community."
