【摘要】：在提升内容质量的国家方针政策引导下,针对出版企业中观层面的选题论证制度建设,文章深入探讨科学出版社的制度创新—"精确定量的选题论证制度"和"模糊定性的选题论证补充制度",并以详尽的实例加以说明,希望给予业界同行启发和借鉴。
