《南都娱乐》如何变成“会飞的猪”

【摘要】：面对互联网的冲击,平媒的内容生产及经营模式都受到了前所未有的挑战。本文以《南都娱乐》为研究对象,指出新的媒介形式逐渐取代纸质媒介的趋势,以及由此带来的办刊思路以及经营模式的变化。《南都娱乐》在这个转型中已经深刻意识到了问题所在:所有的互联网用户,都是追求用户体验而去的,并据此积极进行改革探索,包括新媒体实践和"互联网+"思维的运用。未来几年内,在旧的媒体机构和秩序被颠覆,而新的媒体机构和秩序尚未建立的转折时期,纸媒始终有它存在的品牌意义。
[Abstract]:In the face of the impact of the Internet, the content production and business model of the media have been unprecedented challenges. This paper takes Nandu Recreation as the research object and points out that the new media form is gradually replacing the paper media. "Nandu Entertainment" in this transformation has been deeply aware of the problem: all Internet users, are the pursuit of user experience. Based on this, we actively explore the reform, including the practice of new media and the use of "Internet" thinking. In the next few years, in the old media organization and the order is subverted, but the new media organization and the order has not yet established the turning point, the paper media always has its existence brand significance.
