数字出版企业的知识服务研究

【摘要】:对于出版业而言,已经同时进入了两个具有革命性意义的时代,一是数字时代,一是知识经济时代。作为从来就与技术进步密不可分的出版业,数字时代的到来,使传统的出版方式迅速且剧烈地向数字出版方式迈进,数字出版作为出版业发展的潮流与未来的方向,越来越显现出旺盛的生命力与强劲的发展势头,引起了业界和学术界的广泛关注。与此同时,知识经济时代的到来引发了信息与知识大爆炸,面对着庞杂无序的信息与知识,人们以往那种希望准确获取、利用信息资源的需求,已经悄然转变为需要一种个性化、专业化、定制化的产品或者服务,由此又衍生出了一种新的服务方式——知识服务。本质而言,出版即是一种信息服务,它是作者与读者之间的一种信息传递与交流。当人们逐渐不再满足于简单地获取某本图书、某张光盘等,而是希望出版企业能够为其量身打造并提供某种信息产品或服务的时候,作为具备着丰富的知识资源以及技术优势的数字出版企业,能否实现在观念到模式上的突破?这在一定程度上决定了数字出版的未来能走多远。 本文即立足于微观的数字出版企业层面,来探讨数字出版企业与知识服务之间的交集。全文分为六章: 第一章介绍选题的背景及意义、研究现状、研究思路与方法、主要内容与逻辑框架及创新点,为整篇论文的论述奠定基础。 第二章研究介绍数字出版与知识服务相关理论,首先介绍数字出版企业的相关理论,包括数字出版的定义、特征、产业概况以及数字出版企业的分类。然后介绍知识服务相关理论,包括知识服务的定义、特征与流程,并分析了数字出版企业知识服务的意义和优势。 第三章分析当前我国数字出版企业知识服务的现状,指出了目前数字出版企业提供知识服务时所存在的问题。 第四章分析了完善数字出版企业知识服务的途径,对不同类型的数字出版企业,就如何完善知识服务提出了具体建议。 第五章分析中国知网的知识服务,便于数字出版企业借鉴。 第六章对全文进行总结,并提出下一步研究工作的一些建议。
[Abstract]:For the publishing industry, it has entered two revolutionary times at the same time, one is the digital age, the other is the era of knowledge economy. As the publishing industry, which has never been inseparable from the technological progress, the arrival of the digital age has made the traditional publishing mode move rapidly and violently to the digital publishing mode. As the trend and future direction of the development of the publishing industry, the digital publishing has become the trend of the development of the publishing industry. More and more show exuberant vitality and strong development momentum, has aroused the industry and academic attention. At the same time, the arrival of the era of knowledge economy has triggered the explosion of information and knowledge. In the face of the complex and disordered information and knowledge, people used to want to acquire and utilize information resources accurately. It has quietly changed into a kind of individualized, specialized and customized product or service, which has derived a new service way-knowledge service. In essence, publishing is a kind of information service, which is a kind of information transmission and communication between the author and the reader. When people are no longer satisfied with simply acquiring a book, a CD, etc., they want publishing companies to tailor themselves and provide some kind of information product or service. As a digital publishing enterprise with abundant knowledge resources and technological advantages, can we achieve a breakthrough in concept to mode? This partly determines how far the future of digital publishing can go. This paper discusses the intersection between digital publishing enterprises and knowledge services based on the micro level of digital publishing enterprises. The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic, research status, research ideas and methods, the main content and logical framework and innovation points, laying a foundation for the whole paper. The second chapter introduces the theory of digital publishing and knowledge service. Firstly, it introduces the related theories of digital publishing enterprises, including the definition, characteristics, industry overview and classification of digital publishing enterprises. Then it introduces the related theories of knowledge service, including the definition, characteristics and process of knowledge service, and analyzes the significance and advantage of knowledge service in digital publishing enterprise. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of knowledge service in digital publishing enterprises in China, and points out the problems existing in the knowledge service provided by digital publishing enterprises. The fourth chapter analyzes the ways to perfect the knowledge service of digital publishing enterprises, and puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to perfect the knowledge service for different types of digital publishing enterprises. The fifth chapter analyzes the knowledge service of China knowledge Network, which is convenient for digital publishing enterprises to use for reference. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward some suggestions for the next research work.
