编辑出版类期刊假冒或论文代发网站问题分析和预防策略

【摘要】：【目的】了解目前编辑出版类期刊假冒或论文代发网站情况,并对解决此问题提出建议,以期对作者、期刊和政府相关部门有所帮助。【方法】通过"百度"网站,对国内的11种编辑出版类期刊进行查询。【结果】查询的11种编辑出版类期刊都存在不同程度的期刊假冒或论文代发现象。【结论】期刊假冒网站和论文代发已成为一个严重的社会问题,扰乱了期刊行业的秩序,需要迫切解决。在现阶段建议除了作者警惕、期刊维权和市场自律外,更应由政府相关部门主导解决这个问题。
[Abstract]:[objective] to find out the current situation of fake or published journals in editing and publishing journals, and put forward some suggestions to solve this problem, in order to be helpful to authors, periodicals and relevant government departments. [methods] through the "Baidu" website, In this paper, 11 kinds of editing and publishing periodicals in China were queried. [results] all of the 11 kinds of editors and publications were found to have different degrees of periodical counterfeiting or paper publishing. [conclusion] periodical counterfeiting websites and papers have been published on their own. Become a serious social problem, It has disturbed the order of periodical industry and needs to be solved urgently. At the present stage, it is suggested that in addition to the author's vigilance, periodical rights protection and market self-discipline, the relevant government departments should take the lead to solve this problem.
