辽宁省M杂志社转制后的发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着人们对精神生活水平要求的不断提高,我国的期刊出版行业得到了迅猛的发展,这其中又以少儿期刊发展为最。然而,随着我国出版体制改革的不断深入,辽宁省M杂志社作为少儿期刊的经营者,面临的形势也越来越紧迫。一方面杂志社要顺利平稳的进行体制改革,另一方面,要让杂志社经营的两本期刊在进入市场竞争后取得优势地位,通过竞争促进杂志社的发展,这都需要为即将转企的辽宁省M杂志社制定一个适合其自身、切实可行的战略。 本文结合辽宁省M杂志社现状、出版业体制改革要求和少儿期刊市场的情况,分析辽宁省M杂志社所处的内外环境及面临的问题,运用战略管理学和经济学、管理学等相关理论,并通过收集资料、实地考察、理论联系实际等方式研究和分析,提出了转制后辽宁省M杂志社的发展战略。通过研究,作者建议杂志社选择混合型战略和集中化战略,同时,对这些战略作用的有效发挥进行了分析,以保证转制后辽宁省M杂志社在市场竞争中的优势地位,实现转制后的健康有序发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's demands on the standard of spiritual life, the periodical publishing industry in China has been developing rapidly, among which the children's periodicals have been the most developed. However, with the deepening of China's publishing system reform, Liaoning Province M magazine, as the operator of children's periodicals, is facing a more and more urgent situation. On the one hand, the magazine should carry out the system reform smoothly and smoothly. On the other hand, it is necessary to enable the two periodicals operated by the magazine to gain a dominant position after entering the market competition, and to promote the development of the magazine through competition. This will require a suitable and practical strategy for Liaoning M magazine. Based on the current situation of M magazine in Liaoning Province, the reform requirements of publishing system and the situation of children's periodical market, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment and problems faced by M magazine in Liaoning Province, and applies strategic management and economics. By collecting data, investigating on the spot, combining theory with practice and so on, this paper puts forward the development strategy of M magazine in Liaoning province after the transformation. Through the research, the author suggests that the magazine should choose the mixed strategy and the centralized strategy. At the same time, the paper analyzes the effective exertion of these strategies, so as to ensure the dominant position of Liaoning M magazine in the market competition after the transformation. To achieve healthy and orderly development after the transformation.
