近代以来上海图书出版人力资源变迁初探(1930年至今)

【摘要】:《近代以来上海图书出版人力资源变迁初探(1930年至今)》综合运用了历史学、社会学、传播学、管理学等相关理论和研究方法,在对上个世纪30年代以来的上海图书出版业的概况进行了大致描述的同时,也对各个历史时期背景下的出版机构、出版人力资源及其管理的情况作了基本的梳理。并在此基础上,借助个案研究的方法和现代人力资源管理的基本思想,对1930年代的商务印书馆、中华书局、开明书店以及改革开放时期的两家市属出版社,一家综合性大学出版社的从业人员及其管理制度进行了重点调查和研究。最后,通过对上海80年来书业人力资源发展与变化的论述与比较,将论文最终落脚在“变迁”二字,从而引发大家对当今图书出版人力资源的思考。
[Abstract]:A preliminary study on the changes of Human Resources in Books and Publications in Shanghai since 1930. The relevant theories and research methods such as history, sociology, communication, management and so on have been comprehensively applied. In this paper, the general situation of Shanghai book publishing industry since the 1930s is described. At the same time, the publishing institutions, publishing human resources and their management under the background of each historical period are also combed out. On this basis, with the help of the method of case study and the basic idea of modern human resource management, this paper analyzes the business press, Zhonghua bookshop, enlightened bookshop and two municipal publishing houses in the period of reform and opening up. The staff of a comprehensive university publishing house and its management system were investigated and studied. Finally, through the discussion and comparison of the development and change of the human resources in Shanghai over the past 80 years, the paper is finally settled in the word "vicissitude", thus causing people to think about the human resources of book publishing today.
