数字网络时代江西科学技术出版社发展战略再设计研究

【摘要】:科技水平日新月异的发展正不断影响着人们的生活,数字化浪潮席卷全球的当下,人们的阅读习惯也在悄然的发生变化。依托互联网作为阅读媒介,能够更加方便快捷地搜索出想要阅读的书籍并提供图书内容的片段,减少了买书的时间和经济成本。同时,技术的革新让阅读终端设备不断地推陈出新,这一系列的优势体现都将被认为是出版行业未来的发展趋势,不断给纸质出版物带来巨大冲击。国内许多出版企业的部分市场份额被数字出版抢占,面对巨大压力的同时,不同程度地纷纷投入发展数字出版。如何在保证传统出版优势的前提下,提出新的企业发展战略以及寻找新的业务模式和利润增长点对于专业出版社来说意义重大。借鉴其他出版社战略转型的成功经验,探索专业出版社数字网络背景下发展战略是本文研究的重点。本文以江西科学技术出版社为例,介绍并分析了出版社现行发展战略及存在的问题,通过SWOT分析模型对行业所处环境进行分析,同时借鉴国内其他出版企业转型的成功案例,归纳整理出出版社在数字网络时代下企业的战略选择,并根据所提出的战略制定了配套的实施方案和保障性措施。本文认为江西科学技术出版社现行发展战略存在不能适应网络时代的变化、不能适应消费者需求复杂的要求、不能适应市场不断推陈出新要求三个方面的问题,出版市场准入标准降低、数字信息技术迅速发展等各种因素使出版环境更为复杂,竞争更加激烈。建议采用多种出版模式的数字出版战略、数字平台建设的出版战略、品牌建设的数字出版战略,以适应数字网络时代,同时提出为保障战略有效实施,要有优化组织结构、加强数字出版人才队伍建设、转变思路等措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, people's reading habits are changing quietly as the tide of digitization is sweeping the world. Relying on the Internet as a reading medium, it is more convenient to search out the books that you want to read and provide fragments of the content of the books, which reduces the time and economic cost of buying books. At the same time, the innovation of technology makes the reading terminal equipment constantly bring forth the old and new. This series of advantages will be regarded as the future development trend of the publishing industry, and it will bring great impact to the paper publication. Some of the market share of domestic publishing enterprises is preempted by digital publishing. In the face of great pressure, digital publishing has been put into development to varying degrees. On the premise of guaranteeing the advantages of traditional publishing, it is of great significance for professional publishers to put forward new enterprise development strategies and find new business models and profit growth points. Using the successful experience of other publishing houses for reference and exploring the development strategy under the background of professional publishing house digital network is the focus of this paper. Taking Jiangxi Science and Technology Publishing House as an example, this paper introduces and analyzes the current development strategy and existing problems of the publishing house, analyzes the environment of the industry through the SWOT analysis model, and at the same time draws lessons from the successful cases of the transformation of other domestic publishing enterprises. This paper sums up the strategic choice of the publishing house under the digital network era, and formulates the corresponding implementation plan and the safeguard measure according to the strategy put forward. This paper holds that the current development strategy of Jiangxi Science and Technology Publishing House can not adapt to the changes of the network age, the complex demands of consumers, and the requirements of the market. Various factors, such as lower market access standards and rapid development of digital information technology, make the publishing environment more complicated and the competition more fierce. It is suggested that the digital publishing strategy of various publishing modes, the publishing strategy of digital platform construction and the digital publishing strategy of brand building should be adopted in order to adapt to the era of digital network. At the same time, it is proposed that in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, it is necessary to optimize the organizational structure. Strengthen the construction of digital publishing talent team, change ideas and other measures.
