“旋转门”模式——传统出版社知识服务转型研究

【摘要】:近年来,互联网迅速发展逐渐地改变了人们的阅读习惯和方式,加之行业竞争态势和企业内部问题的反复出现,潜移默化地推动着传统出版社知识服务的转型发展。本文以传统出版社知识服务为研究对象,将其置于商业竞争环境中,总结了出版社的转型背景和挑战,分析了出版社传统产业价值链运作现状和特点;最后提出了"旋转门"模式来应对转型挑战,分析了各角色如何实现无缝对接,归纳了此模式下如何产生网络效应式的价值激增,以促使产业价值链潜在价值的涌现,并克服内、外部阻力以求得更好发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of the Internet has gradually changed people's reading habits and ways, coupled with the repeated emergence of competition and internal problems in enterprises, which has pushed forward the transformation and development of traditional publishing house knowledge services. This paper takes the knowledge service of the traditional publishing house as the research object, puts it in the commercial competition environment, summarizes the background and challenge of the transformation of the publishing house, and analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the operation of the traditional industry value chain of the publishing house. Finally, this paper puts forward the "revolving door" mode to meet the challenge of transformation, analyzes how to realize the seamless docking of each role, sums up how to produce the value surge of network effect under this mode, in order to promote the emergence of the potential value of the industrial value chain. And overcome internal and external resistance for better development.
