图书读者反馈机制构建研究

【摘要】: 反馈是传播过程的基本构成要素。反馈机制就是将受众的反馈与传播活动联系起来的桥梁,是体现信息传播的双向性和互动性的重要机制。本文首次提出了“图书读者反馈机制”概念和构建图书读者反馈机制的设想。 编辑学基本原理中的“六元”理论,现代编辑活动模式,“主体间性”视角下的编辑读者关系,以及出版学理论中关于读者反馈的重要意义的阐述,为“构建图书读者反馈机制”的设想提供了理论依据。其现实依据从必要性和可能性两方面展开论述。当前出版业面临的各种问题和挑战,如选题重复、退货频繁、库存积压,以及其他媒体和国外出版企业的带来的激烈竞争,使构建图书读者反馈机制,从而科学高效地利用读者反馈信息,了解市场动态,明晰读者需求,消减出版传播隔阂与障碍,提高出版活动的市场预见性,缩小出版供给和读者需求之间的差距,成为出版业进一步发展的必然要求。出版者市场意识、读者意识的觉醒,读者反馈意识的增强,各种通讯技术的发展带来空前便利的反馈渠道,使图书读者反馈机制的构建具备了现实可能性。 图书读者反馈机制的基本构成要素包括反馈主体、反馈内容、反馈渠道和运行平台。本文总结了读者反馈内容的种类,梳理了各种反馈渠道。完善的运行平台不仅要有专门的信息职能部门,还要有相应的制度设计。 目前构建图书读者反馈机制面临着一些问题,读者的反馈意识薄弱,反馈内容质量良莠不齐且分布散乱;出版者的读者意识淡漠,反馈渠道利用不充分,运行平台不完善甚至欠缺等等,都成为影响图书读者反馈机制构建的不利因素。针对这些问题,本文提出了针对性的解决对策,为构建图书读者反馈机制的设想提供了具有可行性的操作方案。出版者要转变出版观念,强化读者意识,重视读者反馈;采取激励措施,鼓励读者反馈,通过对读者进行引导来提高反馈内容的质量;充分利用各种渠道,获取读者反馈信息;通过设立信息职能部门,制定相应制度来完善运行平台;同时,构建图书读者反馈机制对专业人才的需求,也为高校出版专业提出了更高的人才培养目标。
[Abstract]:Feedback is the basic component of the communication process. Feedback mechanism is a bridge linking the feedback of the audience with the communication activities, and it is an important mechanism to reflect the bidirectional and interactive nature of information dissemination. This paper first puts forward the concept of "book reader feedback mechanism" and the idea of constructing book reader feedback mechanism. The theory of "six elements" in the basic principles of editorial science, the mode of modern editing activities, the relationship between editors and readers from the perspective of "intersubjectivity", and the important significance of reader feedback in the theory of publishing science are expounded. It provides the theoretical basis for the idea of constructing the book reader feedback mechanism. Its realistic basis starts from the necessity and the possibility two aspects to begin to discuss. Various problems and challenges faced by the publishing industry, such as repeated topics, frequent returns, overstocking of stock, and fierce competition from other media and foreign publishing enterprises, make it possible to build a feedback mechanism for book readers. In order to utilize readers' feedback information scientifically and efficiently, to understand the market dynamics, to clarify readers' demand, to reduce the barriers and obstacles of publishing communication, to improve the market foresight of publishing activities, and to narrow the gap between publishing supply and readers' demand. Become the inevitable requirement of the further development of the publishing industry. Publishers' market awareness, readers' feedback awareness and the development of various communication technologies bring unprecedented convenient feedback channels, which make the construction of book readers' feedback mechanism realistic possibility. The basic elements of the book reader feedback mechanism include the feedback subject, the feedback content, the feedback channel and the running platform. This paper summarizes the types of readers feedback content, combing various feedback channels. The perfect operation platform not only has the specialized information function department, but also has the corresponding system design. At present, there are some problems in constructing the feedback mechanism of book readers. The feedback consciousness of readers is weak, the quality of feedback content is mixed and the distribution is scattered. The readers' consciousness of publishers, the insufficient utilization of feedback channels, the imperfection and even the deficiency of the operating platform have all become the unfavorable factors that affect the construction of the feedback mechanism of book readers. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems, which provides a feasible operation scheme for the construction of book reader feedback mechanism. Publishers should change the concept of publishing, strengthen the awareness of readers, attach importance to reader feedback, adopt incentive measures to encourage readers to feedback, improve the quality of feedback content by guiding readers, make full use of various channels to obtain feedback information of readers. Through the establishment of information functional departments and the establishment of corresponding systems to improve the operation platform, at the same time, the construction of the book reader feedback mechanism for professional talent demand, but also for the university publishing specialty higher talent training goals.
