【摘要】：国家出版基金经过数年发展已经具有较为完备的运作机制,包括复合式的管理结构、规范的项目申报审批制度、完备的资金资助体系、严格的监管验收机制以及科学的人才选拔与管理制度。
[Abstract]:After several years of development, the National Publishing Fund has a relatively complete operating mechanism, including a complex management structure, a standardized project declaration and approval system, and a complete fund support system. Strict supervision and acceptance mechanism and scientific talent selection and management system.
