内刊外向:企业内刊的时代变革及发展探析

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国的社会经济获得了突飞猛进地发展。在企业发展过程中,企业内刊作为一种特殊的企业媒介资源,被越来越多的企业所重视。《万科》、《万通》等企业内刊不仅得到了社会的认可,也给企业带来了巨大的社会影响力。进入21世纪之后,数字传播技术的突飞猛进对于传统媒体来说机遇和挑战并存,但同样对于企业媒体的代表企业内刊也带来了发展的机遇,借助先进的传播技术和变革的传播观念,企业内刊走出企业内部,由内而外,积极的进行变革,发挥了越来越大的社会影响力。本文从企业内刊的概念入手,通过现状分析、案例解读,逐步展示了企业内刊在社会化发展过程中所遇到的法律、文化和社会观念等困惑,同时系统总结了企业内刊在新时代所取得的社会成就,并在现实的基础上就企业内刊的未来发展进行展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the social economy of our country has obtained the rapid development by leaps and bounds. In the process of enterprise development, as a kind of special enterprise media resource, enterprise internal publication has been paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises, such as "Vanke", "Wantong" and other enterprise journals have not only been recognized by the society, It also brings great social influence to enterprises. After entering the 21st century, the rapid development of digital communication technology has brought both opportunities and challenges to the traditional media, but also brought the opportunity for the development of the internal journals of the representative enterprises of the enterprise media. With the help of advanced communication technology and changing communication concept, the internal journals of enterprises go out of the enterprise, change actively from inside to outside, and bring into play more and more social influence. This article starts with the concept of the internal journal of the enterprise, through the analysis of the present situation and the interpretation of the case, gradually shows the puzzlement of the legal, cultural and social concepts encountered in the course of the socialized development of the internal journal of the enterprise. At the same time, this paper systematically summarizes the social achievements of enterprise internal journals in the new era, and looks forward to the future development of enterprise internal journals on the basis of reality.
