“专精特新”的再思考——中小型大学出版社转型的困境与路径

【摘要】:"专精特新"是中小型大学出版社转型的主要方向,然而在转型过程中,中小型大学出版社需要面对大型出版社和出版集团等"航母"的外部竞争压力以及出版社内部管理体制先天不足等内部问题。以上问题的存在,可能导致中小型大学出版社陷入转型误区,进而影响其在市场化浪潮下的生存与发展。本文从"专精特新"四个方面出发,剖析中小型大学出版社在转型之路上可能遇到的实际问题,指出其转型需面对的困境,进而根据其自身特点和优势,为其克服外部竞争压力和内部机制完善问题提供可能的路径。
[Abstract]:"Specialization is the main direction of the transformation of small and medium-sized university publishing houses". However, in the process of transformation, Small and medium-sized university publishing houses need to face the external competitive pressure of "aircraft carrier" such as large publishing houses and publishing groups, as well as the inherent shortcomings of the internal management system of publishing houses. The existence of the above problems may lead to the misunderstanding of the transformation of small and medium-sized university publishing houses, and then affect their survival and development under the wave of marketization. This paper analyzes the practical problems that may be encountered by small and medium-sized university publishing houses on the road of transformation from four aspects of "specialization and innovation", points out the difficulties they need to face in the transformation, and then according to their own characteristics and advantages, It provides a possible way to overcome the pressure of external competition and the improvement of internal mechanism.
