国家重大出版工程项目的创新实践与全流程管控——以《中国水利史典》为例

【摘要】：文章以"十一五""十三五"国家重大工程出版项目、"十一五""十二五""十三五"国家重点图书出版规划项目、国家出版基金资助项目《中国水利史典》为例,从做好项目前期设计,争取国家出版基金;设计项目编纂机构,全方位组织优势资源;广泛吸收专家意见,构建项目整体编纂方案;编制业务工作细则,科学高效组织项目实施;加强质量保障体系建设,全面提高项目整体质量;重视挖掘项目潜力,创新开发衍生产品等方面,探讨了国家重大出版工程项目的创新实践和全流程管控思路与措施。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the National Major Engineering Publishing Project of the Eleventh five-year Plan and the 13th five-year Plan, the National key Book Publishing Planning Project of the 13th five-year Plan, and the China Water Conservancy History Code supported by the State Publishing Fund as an example. From doing a good job in the early design of the project, strive for the national publishing fund; Design project compilation organization, all-round organization of superior resources, extensive absorption of expert opinions, construction of the overall compilation plan of the project, compilation of operational work rules, scientific and efficient organization of the implementation of the project; This paper strengthens the construction of quality assurance system, improves the overall quality of the project in an all-round way, attaches importance to tapping the potential of the project, innovates and develops derivative products, and probes into the innovative practice and the whole process control ideas and measures of the major national publishing project.
