基于主成分分析法的重庆市科技期刊编辑职业认同状况统计分析

【摘要】：以重庆市科技期刊编辑人员为研究对象,运用主成分分析法以KMO检验和巴特利特(Bartlett)球形检验为标准筛选问卷题目,对科技期刊编辑的职业认同状况进行研究.结果显示评价科技期刊编辑在职业认同的6个方面(职业期望、职业认识、职业技能、职业情感、职业意志和职业价值观)存在差异,职业期望的平均分最高,职业认识其次,然后依次是职业技能、职业情感、职业意志和职业价值观.这说明科技期刊编辑职业期望较高,对科技期刊编辑职业有着浓厚的兴趣.重庆市科技期刊编辑人员的职业认同总体水平不高,需要编辑不断提高自己的职业技能,增强职业情感,加深职业认知,提升自己的职业价值观,把自己的职业期望和期刊的发展紧密结合起来.
[Abstract]:Taking the editors of Chongqing sci-tech periodicals as the research object, this paper studies the professional identity of sci-tech periodical editors by using principal component analysis (PCA) to screen the questionnaire questions with KMO test and Bartrite (Bartlett) spherical test as the standard. The results showed that there were differences in the six aspects of professional identity (vocational expectation, vocational cognition, vocational skills, professional emotion, professional will and professional values). The average score of professional expectation was the highest, followed by vocational cognition, followed by vocational skills, professional emotion, professional will and professional values. This shows that the editing profession of sci-tech periodicals has high expectations and has a strong interest in the editing profession of sci-tech periodicals. The overall level of professional identity of editors of Chongqing sci-tech periodicals is not high, so it is necessary for editors to constantly improve their vocational skills, enhance professional emotion, deepen professional cognition, enhance their professional values, and closely combine their professional expectations with the development of periodicals.
