【摘要】：正无论是作者,还是编辑,我们都做了很多工作,希望能做出一本好书,但遗憾总是大于成就,这些遗憾让我歉疚,也勉励我更努力地去做好后面的书。近期开始编辑天津大学张策先生的《机械工程简史》一书,心里还是有些惴惴的,总感觉对不起张先生,之前做的《机械工程史》一书在工艺上选择失当,愧对张先生努力收集并写就的好书稿。虽说《机械工程史》一书在工艺上的选择也算无奈之举,当时为了赶上张先生74岁生日,为了能让张先生的学生们在这个特殊的日子里分享张
