陕甘宁边区妇女放足运动研究

【摘要】：中国的封建制度对女性造成了严重的压迫。缠足就是封建思想文化对妇女摧残的具体表现。缠足带来的严重后果是妇女因身体受到人为摧残,经济地位不能独立,更罔提社会活动,终日只能局限家中操持家务。在中国西北落后地区,经济文化社会更落后。这里的妇女较之其他地区的妇女,政治和经济地位更为低下,更为严重的是落后观念的影响非常深远。在这些地区缠足之风极为盛行。陕甘宁边区成立前,当地广大妇女长期处于社会和家庭的最底层,饱受歧视和压迫。在这些地区,封建旧俗根深蒂固,女子地位地下。女性被剥夺了受教育的权利。女性没有经济自主权,在家庭中处于依附的地位。女性自身对婚姻不能自主决定。买卖包办婚姻现象严重。追根溯源,西北地区女性所受遭遇都与缠足有密切关系。中国共产党及其领导的陕甘宁边区政府高度重视妇女解放,强调妇女解放要从身体解放和思想解放两方面实现,批判了妇女缠足的陋规陋习,认为妇女放足是妇女身体解放的重要内容。边区政府采取一系列措施,通过宣传教育,制定法纪,明令放足。陕甘宁边区妇女放足运动的重要措施,主要包括边区政府颁布并制定放足的政策法规,边区政府成立边区妇联组织等来具体贯彻落实。陕甘宁边区政府通过颁布一系列的法规、条例来明确妇女放足的任务,并且边区政府成立边区妇联和放足委员会来负责妇女放足运动,成效显著。陕甘宁边区妇女放足运动体现了放足与生产运动相结合以及注重宣传、联系实际的特点。因此,本文在以参考大量史料的基础上主要从边区妇女放足运动的历史背景,中共领导边区妇女放足运动的基本政策、特点以及边区妇女放足运动的意义等方面全面客观地论述这一历史事件。
[Abstract]:China's feudal system has caused severe oppression to women.Foot-binding is the concrete manifestation of the destruction of women by feudal ideology and culture.The serious consequence of foot-binding is that women are physically destroyed, unable to be independent in economic status and social activities, and confined to household chores all day long.In the backward areas of northwest China, the economy, culture and society are even more backward.The political and economic status of women here is lower than that of women in other parts of the world, and, more seriously, the impact of backward attitudes is profound.The wind of foot-binding prevails in these areas.Before the establishment of the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningxia Border region, the majority of local women had been at the bottom of society and family for a long time, suffering from discrimination and oppression.In these areas, old feudal customs are deeply rooted, and the status of women is underground.Women are deprived of the right to education.Women have no economic autonomy and are attached to the family.Women themselves cannot decide on their own marriage.The phenomenon of arranged marriages is serious.Tracing back to the source, the female suffering in Northwest China is closely related to foot-binding.The Communist Party of China and its government in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region attached great importance to the emancipation of women, emphasizing that women's liberation should be realized in both physical and ideological aspects.It is believed that women's foot placement is an important part of women's physical liberation.The government of the Border region took a series of measures, through publicity and education, the formulation of law and discipline, order full.The important measures of the women's foot movement in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningxia Border region mainly include the government of the border region promulgating and formulating the policies and regulations of putting the foot in place, the government of the border region establishing the Women's Federation of the Border region and so on to carry out the concrete implementation.By issuing a series of laws and regulations, the government of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region made clear the task of setting up the Women's Federation of the Border region and the Committee of placing foot to take charge of the movement of women's feet, and the results were remarkable.The movement of women's foot placement in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region embodies the characteristics of combination of foot placement and production movement, attention to propaganda and connection with reality.Therefore, on the basis of referring to a large number of historical data, this paper mainly from the historical background of the women's foot movement in the border area, the CPC led the basic policy of the women's foot movement in the border area.The characteristics and the significance of the women's foot movement in the border area are discussed comprehensively and objectively.
