摘要：

本文根据公众安全感的概念架构，初步确定能够反应公众安全感的指标因素，编制了“公众安全感调查问卷”表。在湖南省内收集24519位公众调查样本，用Cronbach’s α系数信度，及θ系数、Ω系数信度和折半信度，，并结合主成份方法，对公众安全感调查问卷的信度和效度进行详细分析和讨论。最后根据分析结果，对调查问卷表进行局部修订，修订后问卷的信度效度都有所提高。

Abstract： 

This paper has made a questionnaire about public sense of security. A total of 24519 persons in Hunan Province were interviewed. The coefficients (such as the Cronach's a, the θ and the Ω), the Split-half reliability and principal component analysis were used to analyze the data of questionnaire. The results were discussed in detail. Finally, the questionnaire was revised based on the analysis of the results. The consequent results according to the new questionnaire were better than the old ones.
