【摘要】： 近年来，随着中国女性犯罪数量的不断上升，女性犯罪已经成为中国社会不容忽视的问题。根据有关资料显示，女性受害后犯罪是女性犯罪不同于一般男性犯罪的显著特点。因此，本文从预防女性犯罪出发，选择女性受害人为研究对象，，根据女性受害人不同犯罪类型的原因及特点，提出女性受害人犯罪的预防措施。全文主要分三个部分：第一部分是文章的前三章。以对国内外女性犯罪研究的现状的评析为起点，说明研究女性受害人犯罪的意义。明确女性受害人的定义，按受害原因的不同把受害人分成几类，再结合不同受害类型，从现象和心理上描述女性从受害人到犯罪人的转化。第二部分是文章的第四章。以发案率较高的性犯罪、暴力犯罪和拐卖妇女儿童三种类型犯罪为对象，分析女性受害人实施这些犯罪的现状、特点及家庭、经济、文化、心理和社会环境原因。第三部分是文章的第五章，也是全文的核心所在。根据女性受害人犯罪的各种原因，从提高女性经济地位、文化教育程度，健全法律措施和完善妇女保障机制等方面提出预防女性受害人犯罪的具体措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing number of female crime in China, female crime has become a problem that can not be ignored in Chinese society. According to relevant data, female crime after victimization is a distinct characteristic of female crime, which is different from ordinary male crime. Therefore, starting from the prevention of female crime, this paper chooses the female victim as the research object, according to the reasons and characteristics of different crime types of female victim, puts forward the preventive measures of female victim crime. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part is the first three chapters of the article. Starting from the analysis of the present situation of the research on female crime at home and abroad, this paper explains the significance of studying the crime of female victim. The definition of female victim is defined and the victim is divided into several categories according to the different causes of victimization. Then the transformation of female from victim to offender is described from phenomenon and psychology in combination with different types of victimization. The second part is the fourth chapter of the article. This paper analyzes the current situation, characteristics and reasons of family, economy, culture, psychology and social environment of female victims of sex crimes, violent crimes and trafficking of women and children. The third part is the fifth chapter of the article, is also the core of the full text. According to the various reasons of the crime of the female victim, the author puts forward the concrete measures to prevent the crime of the female victim from the aspects of improving the women's economic status, the level of culture and education, perfecting the legal measures and perfecting the guarantee mechanism of the female victim, and so on.
