【摘要】: 目的制定中国汉族男性青少年骨发育分级标准图谱及骨龄推断方法。 方法于华南、华中及华东三地共摄取1059名11~20周岁男性汉族青少年锁骨胸骨端及六大关节X线片,根据锁骨胸骨端继发骨化中心出现、六大关节干~骺闭合的时间确定骨化中心出现及骨骺闭合与年龄之间的关系;通过对骨化中心出现及骨骺闭合程度(分级)的分析制定当代中国男性青少年骨龄鉴定标准图谱;通过对骨化中心出现及骨骺闭合程度与年龄之间的相关性分析建立推断骨龄的数学模型。 结果获得了中国当代男性青少年锁骨胸骨端继发骨化中心出现、六大关节干-骺闭合的确切年龄;制定了骨龄鉴定的标准图谱;建立骨龄鉴定的数学模型(y=7.673+0.355*X1+0.128*X2+0.131*X3+0.082*X4+0.145*X6+0.084*X9+0.221*X15)等。回代检验显示,当误差小于±1岁时,多元回归方程鉴定年龄的准确率为70.59%;当误差小于±1.5岁,其准确率为88.24%。 结论中国当代男性青少年锁骨胸骨端继发骨化中心出现、六大关节干-骺闭合时间、骨龄鉴定标准图谱及骨龄鉴定数学模型可应用于法医学鉴定实践,并可有效的提高骨龄推断的科学性。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the standard map of bone development classification and bone age estimation for male adolescents of Han nationality in China. Methods A total of 1059 male adolescents aged 11 to 20 years old in South China, Central China and East China received X-ray films of the sternum end of the clavicle and six major joints, according to the secondary ossification center of the sternal end of the clavicle. The time between metaphyseal closure and metaphyseal closure of six major joints was used to determine the occurrence of ossification center and the relationship between epiphyseal closure and age, and the standard map of bone age identification of contemporary Chinese male adolescents was established by analyzing the occurrence of ossification center and the degree of epiphyseal closure (grading). A mathematical model for estimating bone age was established by analyzing the correlation between the occurrence of ossification center and the degree of epiphyseal closure and age. Results the exact age of secondary ossification center at the sternal end of clavicle and the age of metaphyseal closure of the six major joints were obtained, the standard map of bone age identification was established, and the mathematical model of bone age identification was established (YJ7.673 0.355X 1 0.128X 1 0.128X 3 0.082X 4 0.145X 6 0.084 X 9 0.221 X 15). When the error is less than 卤1 years old, the accuracy of multivariate regression equation is 70.59 and 88.24 when the error is less than 卤1.5 years old. Conclusion the secondary ossification center at the sternal end of clavicle appears in contemporary Chinese male adolescents. The time of metaphyseal closure of six major joints, the standard map of bone age identification and the mathematical model of bone age identification can be used in forensic practice. And can effectively improve the scientific nature of bone age inference.
