诱发经济类职务犯罪的几种扭曲心态及其预防与矫治
[Abstract]:The crime of embezzlement, bribery, misappropriation of public funds and other economic job-related crimes is a criminal act that seriously endangers the economic interests of the state and the people and damages the prestige and prestige of the ruling party and the government among the people. At the same time, it is also a kind of criminal act with strong concealment. A criminal act of a high IQ that has a high degree of association with the functions of the post. To effectively combat and prevent such crimes, to deal with the laws and inherent mechanisms of such job-related crimes, the mental and psychological characteristics and specific motives of the perpetrators, and the specific conditions or situations in which they are allowed to commit crimes, It is necessary to grasp the characteristics of their behavior. For this purpose, during 2002 and 2003, we conducted two questionnaires (296 valid) on the criminal psychology of 300 economic duty offenders who had been sentenced in custody. From the data and data of investigation, we think that it is worth paying attention to the distorted mentality of inducing economic crimes such as corruption, bribery and so on.
