【摘要】：正如何在原有警力不变、投入不变的情况下,最大限度地提升公安队伍的战斗力?去年以来,北京市公安局进行警力配置改革,启动"最小作战单元"的勤务模式,10个试点派出所警情下降5%,刑事案件破案率上升了8%,刑事拘留人数上升了4%,治安拘留人数上升了40%,抓获现行人数上升了38%。

Since last year, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau has carried out police force allocation reform. Starting the "minimum combat unit" service mode, the police situation at the 10 pilot police stations dropped by 5, the criminal case detection rate rose by 8, the number of criminal detainees rose by 4, the number of public security detainees increased by 40, and the current number of people arrested rose by 38 percent.
