我国青少年犯罪预防和矫正理论与实践模式的整合——以社会控制与社会支持为视角

【摘要】：社会控制理论是解释和解决我国目前青少年犯罪预防与矫正综合治理模式的重要依据,社会支持网络理论的目标与社会控制的目标并不矛盾。两种理论取向的整合,将有助于认识我国传统的青少年犯罪预防和矫正模式在理念和管理体制上存在的问题,建构真正具备综合、系统特征的青少年犯罪预防与矫正社会服务体系,做到个人层面的偏差行为的预防与控制。
[Abstract]:The theory of social control is an important basis to explain and solve the current comprehensive management model of juvenile delinquency prevention and correction in China. The goal of social support network theory is not contradictory to the goal of social control. The integration of the two theoretical orientations will help us to understand the problems existing in the traditional mode of prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency in our country, and to construct a truly comprehensive model for the prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency. Systematic characteristics of juvenile delinquency prevention and correction of social service system to achieve personal level of deviant behavior prevention and control.
