户籍制度改革:成本与收益

【摘要】：文章从新中国户籍制度演变入手,分析了户籍管制的实际成本与假想的收益,提出我国的户籍制度必须进行改革,其显而易见的收益在于完成城市化和产业结构转换任务等五大方面。作者认为,户籍改革是大势所趋。
[Abstract]:Starting with the evolution of household registration system in New China, this paper analyzes the actual cost and hypothetical income of household registration control, and points out that the household registration system of our country must be reformed. The obvious benefit lies in the five aspects of urbanization and industrial structure transformation. The author believes that the reform of household registration is the trend of the times.
