未成年人的犯罪现状、原因及对策研究

【摘要】： 未成年人犯罪是当今世界各国都十分重视的社会问题,与环境污染、吸毒贩毒并称为世界三大公害。我国有3.67亿未成年人,未成年人犯罪形势不容乐观。未成年人犯罪呈现出多元化、低龄化、团伙化、暴力化等特点。尽管许多专家和学者已经对该课题进行了广泛而深入的研究,但是根据未成年人犯罪新形势的发展变化,进一步加强研究未成年人犯罪的现状、原因、特点及预防和控制,既能够丰富未成年人犯罪研究的理论,同时对于预防、打击未成年人犯罪的实践更具有现实的指导作用。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a social problem that all countries in the world attach great importance to, and environmental pollution, drug abuse and drug trafficking are regarded as the three major public hazards in the world. China has 367 million minors, juvenile delinquency situation is not optimistic. Juvenile delinquency is characterized by diversification, younger age, gang and violence. Although many experts and scholars have carried out extensive and in-depth research on this subject, according to the development and changes of the new situation of juvenile delinquency, we should further strengthen the research on the status quo, causes, characteristics, prevention and control of juvenile delinquency. It not only enriches the theory of juvenile delinquency, but also has practical guidance for the practice of preventing and cracking down on juvenile delinquency.
