当前我国边疆民族地区拐卖妇女犯罪活动分析研究──以云南省文山壮族苗族自治州为例

【摘要】：９０年代以来，我国拐卖妇女犯罪是愈演愈烈之势，特别是在边疆民族地区，由于受历史、社会、经济、文化、地理条件等一系列因素的影响，，犯罪活动尤为猖獗。为此，２０００年４月至６月，公安机关在全国范围内开展了“打拐”专项斗争。本文谨以云南省文山壮族苗族自治州为例，根据有关信息资料，结合实地调研所得，对目前边疆民族地区拐卖妇女犯罪活动的特点、诱发原因及其主要危害，进行了分析探讨，并在此基础上对铲除这一犯罪活动，提出了相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the crime of trafficking in women has become more and more serious in China, especially in the frontier ethnic areas, because of the influence of a series of factors, such as history, society, economy, culture, geography and so on, criminal activities are especially rampant. To this end, from April to June 2000, the public security organs launched a nationwide "fight against abduction" special struggle. Taking Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province as an example, according to the relevant information and field investigation, this paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics, causes and main harm of the crime of trafficking and trafficking of women in the frontier ethnic areas. On the basis of this, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to eradicate this criminal activity.
