绑架案件特点及其处置策略多维思考

【摘要】：近年来,绑架案件频繁发生,各地公安机关对绑架案件的处置工作高度重视。要强化绑架案件的处置能力,就应建立规范化、程序化、制度化的绑架案件侦查破案工作机制;重视并逐步培养绑架案件现场处置专业人员;拓宽侦查思路,丰富侦查模式;实现侦查工作的信息化和装备的现代化,全面提升处置行动的攻坚能力;更新传统观念,适应犯罪动态化趋势。加强社会管理和防范,压缩绑架案件生存空间,从绑架案件发生的条件角度增强预防能力,加强社会心理危机研究与干预中心建设以达到预防目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, kidnapping cases occur frequently, and the local public security organs attach great importance to the handling of kidnapping cases. In order to strengthen the handling ability of kidnapping cases, we should establish a standardized, procedural and institutionalized mechanism for the investigation and detection of kidnapping cases, pay attention to and gradually train professional personnel for dealing with kidnapping cases on the spot, broaden the investigation ideas and enrich the investigation mode. To realize the informationization of investigation work and the modernization of equipment, to improve the ability of dealing with the key problems in an all-round way, to renew the traditional concept and to adapt to the dynamic trend of crime. Strengthen the social management and prevention, reduce the living space of kidnapping cases, strengthen the ability of prevention from the point of view of the conditions of kidnapping cases, strengthen the research and intervention center of social psychological crisis to achieve the purpose of prevention.
