我国公安本科院校射击课的教学现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】: 手枪是警察近距离使用的打击犯罪、防身自卫的武器,其体积小,重量轻,携带和使用方便,手枪射击是警察必须掌握的一项基本技能。公安院校射击课的教学与训练直接关系着未来人民警察依法使用武器的能力,直接关系到公安队伍的战斗力,对保护警察自身的安全和人民群众的生命财产安全有着十分重要的意义。目前国内各公安院校射击教学,仍以精度射击为主要内容。公安院校警用手枪射击课在传统教学方法束缚下也是以教师为主导,以传统竞技运动为主要内容组织学习和考核,教学内容简单机械且不贴近实际,学员只能掌握基本的射击技术和单警行动模式,没有进行过灵活逼真的实战立体训练和多警种多警具联动协同训练,警员射击水平以及实战心理素质都无法得到有效培养,遭遇实战时无法保证稳定发挥射击水准,打击犯罪分子的强度受到影响。对遇到突发情况时不知道何时应出枪,国内各公安院校已意识到目前的射击教学不适应当前公安工作需要的事实。本文通过对影响射击课教学的主要相关因素(学生、教学的师资、教学设施、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价)的现状,对九所本科学历教育的公安院校,通过查阅资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法对所得到得信息进行分析、归纳,发现目前公安本科院校射击课的教学存在以下不足:射击课教师缺乏,工作量大,学历层次不高;教学设施上,缺少先进设备;教学内容还是注重精度射击,实用性不强;教学方法间单,不能激发学生的学习兴趣;教学评价对学生的考核内容单一,对教师的考核不客观。本文作者关注到以上不足,提出发展对策:在师资方面要加强人才引进和教师的在职培训与交流;教学设施上需要更新和增加先进的设备,要增加投入和加强管理;教学内容要特出实用性;教学评价应形式多样。
[Abstract]:Pistol is a kind of weapon which is used by the police to fight crime and defend oneself. It is small, light, easy to carry and easy to use. Pistol shooting is a basic skill that the police must master. The teaching and training of shooting courses in public security colleges and universities are directly related to the ability of the people's police to use weapons according to law in the future, and to the combat effectiveness of the public security forces. It is of great significance to protect the safety of the police and the life and property of the people. At present, precision shooting is still the main content of shooting teaching in public security colleges and universities in China. Under the restraint of traditional teaching methods, the police pistol shooting course in public security colleges is also teacher-led, with traditional competitive sports as the main content to organize learning and examination, and the teaching content is simple, mechanical and not close to reality. The cadets can only master the basic shooting techniques and the single police action mode, and have not carried out the flexible and realistic three-dimensional training and the cooperation training of multi-types and multi-police tools. The shooting level of the police officers and the psychological quality of the actual combat can not be effectively trained. There is no guarantee of stable shooting level in actual combat, and the intensity of attacking criminals is affected. In the event of a sudden situation, the public security colleges and universities in China have realized that the current shooting teaching does not meet the needs of the current public security work. Based on the current situation of the main related factors (students, teachers, facilities, contents, methods and evaluation) that affect the teaching of shooting course, this paper makes reference to nine public security colleges with undergraduate education. Experts interview, questionnaire survey and other methods to analyze the information obtained, summed up, found that the current public security colleges and universities in the teaching of shooting there are the following deficiencies: shooting teacher shortage, heavy workload, educational level is not high; Teaching facilities, lack of advanced equipment; teaching content or focus on precision shooting, practicality is not strong; single teaching methods, can not stimulate students' interest in learning; teaching evaluation of students assessment content is single, the assessment of teachers is not objective. The author pays attention to the above deficiencies and puts forward some countermeasures: to strengthen the introduction of talents and the in-service training and exchange of teachers, to renew and increase the advanced equipment in teaching facilities, to increase investment and management; The teaching content should be especially practical, and the teaching evaluation should be in various forms.
