印刷文件朱墨时序特征的实验研究

【摘要】:随着数字印刷时代的到来,机制文件在人们工作生活中所占的比例越来越大,司法鉴定工作中机制文件朱墨时序的鉴定问题也逐渐成为文件检验的重要组成部分。本实验研究从朱墨时序的影响因素入手,制作了200多张实验样本,从文件印刷方式、印文材料、纸张、朱墨间隔时间等方面寻找其对朱墨时序的影响,,分析朱墨时序现象形成的原因,归纳总结朱墨时序的特征表现,探索朱墨时序的有效检验方法,从理论和实践上为以后的朱墨时序鉴定工作提供帮助。实验采用的研究方法主要是显微镜检验方法和光谱检验方法。显微镜检验从文件朱墨交叉部位的墨迹分布入手,观察文件朱墨交叉部位的显微特征。光谱检验方法主要使用文检仪和多光谱成像系统,利用交叉部位的光谱特性变化观察分析文件朱墨时序的光谱特征。实验研究发现光泽度变化是可用于判断印刷文件朱墨时序的一种重要特征,如果朱墨交叉部位出现特殊颜色的光泽则可据此判断文件与印文的形成顺序,红色印文的朱墨时序判断以黄绿色光泽的出现为参考,蓝色印文的朱墨时序判断则以紫红色光泽的出现为参考。实验还发现,在印泥盖印的场合,覆盖现象可以作为判断文件与印文形成顺序的重要参照;在印油盖印完全的文件上,荧光、洇散度、油膜也可作为判断文件朱墨顺序倚靠的特征点。用多光谱成像系统实验发现,进口印油在波长600nm—650nm处比较交叉部位与打印字迹的光谱曲线,可较为准确的判断朱墨时序;国产印油在波长600nm—700nm处比较交叉部位与打印字迹的光谱曲线,可以较为准确的判断朱墨时序。本实验的研究成果是从实验中归纳先朱后墨现象特征和先墨后朱现象特征,利用观察到的特征和实验成果进行综合比较分析,可以比较准确地判断文件形成顺序的正常与否,也为印刷文件和印章的先后顺序判断提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of digital printing era, the proportion of mechanism documents in people's work and life is increasing, and the identification of mechanism documents' timing of Zhu and ink has gradually become an important part of document inspection. In this experiment, starting with the factors affecting the timing of Zhu ink, more than 200 experimental samples were made to find its influence on the timing of Zhu ink from the aspects of document printing, printing materials, paper, ink interval and so on. This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the time sequence phenomenon of Zhu ink, sums up the characteristics of the timing sequence of Zhu ink, probes into the effective testing method of the timing sequence of Zhu ink, and provides help in theory and practice for the time sequence identification work of Zhu ink in the future. The main research methods used in the experiment are microscope test and spectrum test. The microscopic characteristics of the ink-ink cross-section of the document were observed from the ink-ink cross-section distribution of the document by microscope. The spectral inspection method mainly uses the document detector and the multispectral imaging system. The spectral characteristics of the document Zhu and ink are observed and analyzed by using the spectral characteristics of the cross position. The experimental results show that the gloss change is an important feature for judging the timing of ink and ink in printed documents. If the gloss of special color appears in the cross part of ink and ink, it can be used to judge the order of formation of document and print. The timing judgment of red print is based on the appearance of yellowish green luster, while that of blue print is based on the appearance of purplish red luster. It is also found that the phenomenon of overlay can be used as an important reference for judging the order of the document and the print. The fluorescence, spread, and oil film can also be used as the characteristic points for judging the ink sequence of the document. By using multi-spectral imaging system, it is found that the imported printing oil can accurately judge the timing of ink by comparing the spectral curves between the cross position and the print handwriting at the wavelength 600nm-650nm. By comparing the spectral curves between the cross position and the printed handwriting at the wavelength 600nm-700nm, the domestic printing oil can accurately judge the time sequence of ink and ink. The research result of this experiment is to sum up the characteristics of first Zhu and then ink from the experiment, using the observed characteristics and experimental results for comprehensive comparison and analysis, we can accurately judge whether the order of file formation is normal or not. Also for printing documents and seals to judge the order of reference and reference.
