什么人都不能冤枉

【摘要】：正 近来,一些违法办案的民警受到了严肃处理。每当案件发生,这些民警不是依照法律程序立案侦察,而是急于破案,抓一些有过前科的嫌疑人员回来反复盘问,甚至编造事实,刑讯逼供,造成了一些冤假错案,受到处理自是理所应当。但在实际中,有些民警却十分委屈,认为自己错抓的人中,大多有过前科.有的还进过监狱,至少也是品行不端,在当地口碑极差,本身就不是什么好人,让他们吃点苦头没什么大不了的。
[Abstract]:Just recently, a number of illegal cases of police have been seriously dealt with. Whenever a case occurs, these police officers do not file a case for investigation in accordance with legal procedures. Instead, they are eager to solve the case. They arrest some suspected persons with previous criminal records to come back and cross-examine, or even fabricate facts, and extort confessions by torture, resulting in some unjust and false cases. It is natural to be dealt with. However, in practice, some police are very aggrieved, think that their own arrest, most of the previous convictions. Some have been in prison, at least misbehaved, in the local reputation is extremely poor, not a good person itself, let them suffer no big deal.
