【摘要】： 流动人口作为城市重要的劳动力资源，是经济发展的源泉，是我国城市经济发展的优势所在；然而，随着数量的激增，对流动人口的治理难度也在加大，流动人口违反城市治安行为十分严重，给城市社会治安带来巨大压力。 因此，“流动人口对城市治安影响”问题不仅成为社会讨论的热点，也引出理论界研究的一个新课题。但无论是理论界还是实际工作部门都把更多的焦点聚集在流动人口一方，从社会学等角度来分析流动人口对城市治安的影响。本文将另辟蹊径，从收入分配着手，以经济学为基本理论研究框架，来探讨流动人口对城市治安影响的因素，以期在为解释流动人口对城市治安影响问题的分析研究上提供一个全新的视角以及更为深层次和全面的理论分析框架。 本文首先分析流动人口对城市治安影响的现状和问题。在此基础上，引入流动人口对城市治安影响的经济学理论依据。接下来第二部分，进行模型构建，从数理上进行推理和分析得到结论：流动人口违反城市治安与城乡收入分配和就业状况有重要的关系。接着分析了流动人口对城市治安影响的原因。第三部分，在数理研究和理论解释的基础上，论文对流动人口违反城市治安的因素进行了相关性实证检验和抽样的问卷调查研究，以验证上述原因分析的存在性和合理性。最后，作为研究的深化，，在上述研究的基础上，提出关于解决流动人口对城市治安影响的几点政策建议。
