社区矫正中的法律问题刍议

【摘要】：社区矫正试点工作由于没有相应的法律支持,在实践中遇到了一些难以解决的问题。应当抓紧制定规范社区矫正工作的特别法,明确社区矫正的性质、执行主体、具体措施等。
[Abstract]:Because of the lack of corresponding legal support, the pilot work of community correction has encountered some difficult problems in practice. We should make a special law to standardize the work of community correction, clarify the nature of community correction, the subject of execution, and specific measures.
