【摘要】：正北京没有登记注册和实施免疫的犬有多少,至今无任何部门能够确切掌握不久前,一场“打狗风暴”引起各界广泛关注。因为狗咬人伤人和狂犬病致人死亡事件的增多,云南省牟定县、山东省济宁市等地相继掀起打狗风暴,北京、南京、福州、深圳等城市随后也闻风而动,重拳出击,治理犬患。“2006”这个狗年,竟让狗儿们在自己的“本命年”里因狂犬病而历尽磨难。
